Embedded delivery support for an agency partner under compressed timelines.
The problem
An agency partner had active client work but not enough technical bandwidth to deliver on schedule. The work was too complex for simple task handoff and required independent problem-solving inside unclear requirements.
What we built
We embedded directly into the delivery stream, clarified scope in short cycles, and implemented a structured build workflow for high-priority items. This included architecture decisions, implementation, QA support, and integration fixes needed to close open deliverables quickly.
Results
Cleared delivery backlog, reduced project risk, and helped the agency ship critical work on deadline without expanding permanent headcount.
