The problem
A staffing team needed a better way to shortlist and prioritize candidates, but requirements were fragmented across teams and existing systems were not integrated. Manual screening caused delays and inconsistent selection quality.
What we built
We defined the operational logic for candidate selection, built a dedicated employee selection tool, and integrated it into the existing staffing workflow. The system standardized criteria, improved signal quality for shortlisting, and reduced manual review overhead.
