When a new job is posted in Avionté, Employee Select evaluates the role against historical placement data, identifies similar historical roles, and uses successful placement outcomes to rank active applicants. Recommendations are written back into Avionté, so recruiters can review them inside the workflow they already use.

What is required to deploy Employee Select.
Employee Select is available to AviontéBOLD customers with an active API subscription and signed Avionté Memorandum of Understanding. Customer onboarding includes tenant configuration, historical data seeding, webhook setup, and creation of a Recommended pipeline stage.
