How it works
- Learn how the work gets done. Talk to the people doing it and trace the problem to its cause.
- Prove a possible fix on your own data. Check whether it works and whether the benefit justifies the cost.
- If it makes sense to proceed, build the production software, fit it into your workflow, and document it.
What we build
The fix might be a custom application, an automated task, a connection between existing systems, or a change to software you already use. The investigation determines what is needed.
After the proof
We can host, maintain, and operate the software, or hand it over to your team. Sometimes we partner with the client to sell the same solution to others in their industry. We agree on ownership and any resale arrangement before we build.
